Pack City doesn't run like your typical grooming salon. All of our groomers are independent contractors and do things differently. When you find the groomer that you love, they will be your forever groomer. You won't have to wonder if you'll get the same services or the same style of cut as the time before.
Eryne
Eryne is an "all around dog groomer". She loves the big, hairy, double coated pups but she can do almost anything with ease and style. She's always been a dog person and she gets along well with most. Every one of her clients is treated as her own. She has taken courses in Dog CPR, First Aid, and Safety For Pet Pros, Animal Behavior and Psychology as well as various continuing education courses from some of the most well known groomers in the country.

I am the proud owner of Grooming with L’excellence. My passion for dogs and animals in general is easily known. I take pride in my knowledge, understanding, and absolute love for every dog that I have the pleasure of meeting, and more importantly, caring for and grooming. I was trained by an extremely experienced and talented dog groomer, and I have been gifted with the skills and knowledge I now get to pass on to you and your pups. I am skilled in many cuts but my skillset expands and improves with every new client that I groom.

Cancellation Policy
Each day our grooming schedule is very full, we schedule appointments back-to-back, and we turn people away to hold reservations.
Unfortunately, too many people have cancelled with very little lead time, or simply don’t show up, and then expect us to simply reschedule them.
Therefore, we must enforce the following guidelines:

24 hours notice for all changed or cancelled appointments or there will be a $25 fee

Any No call no show will require the client to pay for their missed appointment and they will be required to pay upfront for future appointments. This charge will not be refunded if they do not follow our cancellation policy guidelines.
Late appointments may be rescheduled at groomers discretion or a late fee may be assessed.

Pack City Doggie Stylez is hands down the best groomer in town! They are conveniently located on Wells Avenue and there is plenty of parking in front of their business and behind it. The interior is very clean and inviting. We take all three of our dogs ranging in size from 15 pounds to 115 pounds to Pack City and every time the service is excellent and their pricing is very affordable! I cannot recommend them enough and it’s always great to support local!
